Our Detailed Planning Application proposals for Palatium Investment Management have just been submitted to transform the first Commercial building in Central Milton Keynes.

These will create 122,000 sq./ft of A1, A2, A3, A4, D1 and sui generis floor space, with enhanced elevations, colonnades and public realm improvements integrated with the signature porte cocheres in a BREEAM “Excellent” scheme.
