Planning Consent obtained for two new Commercial Units (Class E) with drive-through facilities at Festival Leisure Park, Basildon

Colman Architects has obtained Planning Consent for the construction of two Commercial Units for Aviva Investors within the under-utilised southwest car park of the Festival Leisure Park, Basildon. The new Costa and Wendy’s Units will both incorporate drive-through facilities to further enhance the selection of potential dining experiences within Festival Park. This is achieved through the introduction of fast food offers that will also attract short-term visits and drive-through customers to compliment the already established customer base for longer-term visits.
