Our 24th Planning & Listed Building Consents for the Church Commissioners for England within Connaught Village were approved by Westminster City Council in May 2021.

These proposals will create a new Retail unit and 2-storey Apartment within this Grade II Listed Georgian terrace. Our Tender information has now been completed and construction is programmed to start on 23rd May 2022 and to be completed by 23rd December.
