Following the successful completion of the refurbishment of the ground and first floors of this building, to provide two retail units, Colman Architects was appointed to give the building a much needed face lift to the Elevations and provide six new luxury apartments on the second and third floors.

The works also included the existing landlord’s areas and a residential entrance to give the entire building a long awaited contemporary design.

The modern interiors, bathrooms and kitchens contributed to all units being sold before completion and attracting premium sale price.
