The extension of 10,000 sq./ft. single-storey retail space on the first floor, facing on to the Town Square was linked through to an existing vacant unit on the Ealing Broadway Mall to provide ground floor access.

It’s façade was designed in keeping with the existing orange brick Victorian style building on this particularly sensitive site.
