Longus House, Chester

This development entailed the subdivision and strip-out of former Debenhams retail space at the Grade II Listed “Longus House”......

which previously formed part of of the famous “Browns of Chester” store on the historic Rows in the heart of the city.

An area of the ground floor accessed from the adjacent Grosvenor Shopping Centre was divided from the rest of the space to create one large 17,500  sq ft unit for a new Flannels designer clothing store together with a separate new retail unit on the adjacent shopping mall. The Flannels store is accessed from Eastgate Row South.
