The development comprises the strip-out and reconfiguration of a vacant existing BHS department store at the Elmsleigh Shopping Centre in Staines-upon-Thames. The completed store is approximately 51,000 sq./ft. over two floors.

The project has included the provision of new shopfronts to ground & first floor, a new staircase, goods lift shafts and new openings for customer lifts and escalators. Areas of the existing roof were re-covered and a designated roof plant space provided at second-floor level. New shutters and doors were provided throughout.

A high standard of finishes has been provided for “shell” works including plastered walls & columns and new floor screed to both floors.
